Refund Policy

At S.K.&CO, we are committed to providing genuine products and the best service to our customers. All sales are handled carefully, and we ensure proper billing, warranty, and product verification before delivery.

  • Products once sold cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage found at the time of delivery. Customers are requested to check the product before accepting delivery.
  • Refund will be considered only if the product has a valid issue confirmed by the company service center or authorized technician. Normal wear, misuse, or physical damage will not be eligible.
  • If replacement is available, we will provide replacement instead of refund. Refund will be processed only when replacement is not possible as per company policy.
  • Installation and service charges are non-refundable once the service is completed. Customers are advised to confirm details before booking installation.
  • Refund processing time may take a few business days depending on payment method and company verification process.
  • For any refund request, customers must contact S.K.&CO with bill copy, warranty details, and proper explanation of the issue.
